Step 1 - Go to the "User" section and click "Add User" icon.

Step 2 - After going through Step 1 enter the Full Name of the user (e.g Jane Jones) in the "Full Name" field. Afterwards enter the user name itself in the "Username" field, then enter and repeat the password in the "Password" and "Confirm Password" fields. Choose the services which will be granted to the user by checking or unchecking the checkboxes. The file thing left is to specify user quota in the "Quota field" and click "Add" button.

IMPORTANT: All passwords in our system should be no less than SIX characters!
