Microsoft Outlook - Step by step configuration

Microsoft Outlook animated setup - NEW!!!

Step 1 - After you open "Microsoft Outlook", go to
the "Tools" menu and then "E-Mail Accounts".

Step 2 - The "E-Mail account" window appears.
Select the "Add a new e-mail account" radio button and
click "Next".

Step 3 - For Server type choose "POP3" and click "Next"

Step 4 - The "Internet E-Mail Settings (POP3)" appears:

1. In "Your name" enter your real name (eg. Tom Jones)

2. In "E-mail address" enter the e-mail addres which you
    will use (eg. tom@tom-jones.com)

3. In "Incoming mail server" and "Outgoing mail server"
    enter your mail server (eg. mail.tom-jones.com)

4. In "User name" enter the username of your mailbox.
    It must follow the pattern <user@domain.extention>
    (eg. tom@tom-jones.com).

5. In the "Password" field enter the password and click "Next".

Step 5 - In the same window click "More setting".

Step 6 - The "Internet E-mail setting" appears. Go to
the "Outgoing Server" menu and make the checkbox
"My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" is ticked,
otherwise you won't be able to send messages.

Step 7 - In the same window go to the "Advanced" menu
and make sure that the checkbox in the "Delivery" section -
"Leave a copy of messages on the server", in not ticked
otherwise the e-mail client will leave a copy of each incoming
message on the server and this may result in exceeded disk quota.

Please make sure that you are viewing the screenshots in their
original sizes as there is possibility that your browser is resizing
the images!!!
